SGHS participates in Wrestling as part of a co-op with Park High School in Livingston. The Herders/Rangers will look to improve upon their 7th place finish at the State Tournament. SGHS returns 7 wrestlers from last year's team; 4 All-Conference Selections, 3 of which were also All-State selections. It is looking to be a great season on the mat for the Herders/Rangers in 2022-2023.
