Varsity Boys Basketball Update

The Herder Boys continue fighting this season.  Even though they lost their game against Manhattan last night (44-61), they continue to work hard, refusing to give up.  Dan Smart, head varsity coach states, “They are a talented team, we just need to clean a few things up and we’ll be fine.”  With a little more work and persistent positivity, they can go places.

There is a game in Livingston tomorrow the 18th.  Smart says “ Livingston will be an extremely tough game. They’re tall and have long arms.”  Smart feels that our team’s weaknesses lie in our lack of height, not taking care of the ball and too many turnovers. We have a tough season ahead but with hard work, determination, and scrappiness they can still come out on top.

Keep cheering on the boys as they hustle and work towards the win.
