Girls C-Squad will start at 3:00 in the Civic Center.
Boys JV will start at 3:00.
Girls JV will start at 4:30.
Boys Varsity will start at 6:00.
Girls Varsity will start at 7:30.
All JV and Varsity games will be at the High School.
Classes will follow a game day schedule on Thursday with students being dismissed at 2:35 pm. Buses will still run at the normal time of 3:30 pm.
Friday's games in Townsend:
Both Girls and Boys JV games will start at 4:30.
Girls Varsity will start at 6:00.
Boys Varsity will start at 7:30.

Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Basketball teams on their wins against Red Lodge on Saturday.
The boys won 50-48 and the girls won 73-47.
Several Herder wrestlers also had a great weekend in Powell, WY.
Colter Fleming placed 2nd in the 126 lb. weight class, Gage McGillvray placed 2nd in the 132lb. weight class and Trae DeSaveur placed 5th in the 138 lb. weight class.
Way to go Herders!!!

Exciting progress is being made on the bus shed as the trusses arrived this morning!



Last Friday before the Lighted Parade, Two Rivers Gallery and the SGHS Art Department hosted an art show displaying pieces created by SGHS students. The show featured 2D and 3D works that included outstanding silhouettes, water color paintings and several pottery pieces.
We would like to extend a huge thank you to Two Rivers Gallery and their staff, as well as the community for all the support shown to our students!





Congratulations to David Osen for signing his National Letter of Intent to play baseball at Dawson Community College next spring!
We are so proud of you and wish you the best of luck!

Congratulations to our Wrestlers and Speech & Drama participants in their respective competitions this weekend.
Wrestling was in Polson on Friday and Saturday. Gage McGillvray placed 3rd in the 132lb. weight class. Trae DeSaveur and Zane Cox both placed 4th in the 138lb. and 182lb. weight class respectively.
Speech & Drama had a great showing in Columbus as well. Lia Thompson placed 8th in Spontaneous Interpretation, Angelina Mason placed 8th in Humerous Solo, Kassia Larson and Trinity Duncan placed 3rd in Humerous Duo and Roman Wagner placed 2nd in the Lincoln-Douglas Debate.

Surprise!!! We have a late addition to our Adult Ed. catalog!
Class #8: Kumihimo Jewelry Making
Tali Snedigar will be teaching a 4-week Kumihimo Jewelry making class. You will learn the Japanese braiding technique of Kumihimo, learn how to set up, create a braid, and how to add beads to the braid. We will be making a Necklace/Bracelet set or a Necklace/Earring set. All of the materials needed will be provided. Bring a large pendant if you have one you'd like to use; there will be a limited selection of pendants to choose from.
Class will be held on Sundays 1:00-3:00 January 9, 16, 23, 30 at the SGHSl conference room. The class costs $45 for all 4 weeks and is limited to 10 people.

Picture retakes for the Fall Sports teams will be tomorrow (11/30).
Individual photos will start at 9:00am and team photos will follow.
Please pick up an order form from the office if you would like to order photos. If you ordered from LifeTouch back in the fall, you will be reimbursed by them.

Wednesday (12/1) the QPR Institute will be here in Sweet Grass County to deliver an important presentation about suicide prevention.
The presentation will be at 6:00 pm at the Sweet Grass Arts Theatre on McLeod St. This presentation is free of charge and does not require an RSVP.
