The Herders/Rangers play next on Thursday against East Helena before heading to the Butte Tournament on Friday and Saturday.

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to the Boys and Girls Golf Teams for their performance at Divisionals yesterday!
Both Boys and Girls teams finished 4th and have qualified for State!
Individual results are:
Sawyer Durfee placed 5th overall and qualified for State.
Adeline Tronrud tied for 15th and qualified for State.
Ona Larson placed 10th and qualified for State.
Abby Laverell placed 4th and qualified for State with a new personal record.

On Friday, SGHS took several students to the State Music Festival in Billings. The Herders had a fantastic day with every group receiving a "Superior" score!

Congratulations to the Golf Teams for their 4th place finishes in Three Forks yesterday!
Top 15 Individual results include:
Abby Laverell tied for 8th place and set a new personal record. Adelyn Tronrud placed 15th.
Trae DeSaveur placed 7th and set a new personal record and Sawyer Durfee tied for 14th. Landedn Terland did not place in the top 15 but he did set a new competitive personal record.
Way to go Herders!
The Teams' next competition will be the Divisional Meet in Shepherd on Monday!

The Herders/Rangers will take on Hardin at Home this afternoon for Senior Honor Night.

Reminder! The Sweet Grass County High School Margaret Deegan Chapter of the National Honor Society is holding their 2023 Induction Ceremony tonight. All parents & family of current and incoming members are invited to celebrate this momentous achievement!
In light of this event, the chapter would like to thank the Crazy Peak Boutique for their support in running their fall fundraiser. The students were able to raise funds by spooking the community in this FUN-draiser. The boutique's support has been integral in allowing the chapter to fund their spring banquet and their community service activities such as the Children's Christmas Camp and the Staff Appreciation Breakfast. Congratulations to the Softball team for their big conference win over Laurel on Saturday. The Herders./Rangers beat the Locomotives 9-7.
Track was also in action on Saturday in Bozeman with a smaller crew than usual.
The Girls team brought home an 8th place finish and the Boys placed 15th as a team.
Girls Individual Results:
Natalie Wood placed 1st in the 1600m and the 3200m. Her time in the 3200m was a personal best and surpassed her school record from last season in this event.
Boys Individual Results:
Caleb Stosich placed 9th in the 100m with a PR and 4th in the 110m Hurdles.
Colter Fleming placed 8th in the 300m Hurdles.

Softball earned a 17-14 Victory over Lockwood.
The Boys Golf Team placed 4th with Trae DeSaveur (14th) and Sawyer Durfee (15th) both placing in the top 20.
For the Girls, Abby Laverell placed 7th and tied her personal best score. Adelyn Tronrud placed 15th which rounds out the girls placings in the top 20.
Track unfortunately had their meet cancelled due to the weather shortly after starting.
