Good Morning and Happy Monday!
We have some important updates for you all as well as a BUSY week ahead of us!
First, the Girls Soccer game was postponed on Saturday due to a power outage right before the start of the game. The game will be played this morning at 10:00 in Livingston.
Second, the volleyball team will be playing a JV and Varsity schedule for the remainder of the season. There will not be any more c-squad games this year. Updated start times will be listed below.

Today 10/4: Girls Soccer home @ 10:00am
JV Boys Soccer @ Mt. Ellis. Game starts at 4:00
Tuesday 10/5: Boys & Girls Soccer home vs Laurel. Girls start at 4:00, Boys start at 6:00.
JV & Varsity Volleyball home vs Red Lodge. JV starts at 5:30, Varsity starts at 7:00.
Thursday 10/7: Cross Country @ Helena
JV & Varsity Volleyball home vs Jefferson. This is the PINK NIGHT game! JV starts at 5:30, Varsity starts at 7:00.
Friday 10/8: Football is home vs Jefferson. SENIOR HONOR NIGHT! Game starts at 7:00
Saturday 10/9: JV & Varsity Volleyball home vs Three Forks. JV starts at 1:00, Varsity starts at 2:30.

The JV Football game against Columbus that was scheduled for Monday, October 4th has been cancelled.
There is still plenty of Herder action to catch before the Fall sports season is over. The Herders are home all next week! Stay tuned for the updated schedule.

Congratulations to the FFA Livestock Judging teams on their excellent showing at the Ruby Valley Invitational yesterday!
The Senior team took 1st place and the Junior team took 2nd place.
Individual placers were:
Camryn Niebur took 2nd place in the Junior Division.
Morgan Anderson took 2nd in the Senior Division.
Mollie Ruth took 6th in the Senior Division.

There has been a time change for the Boys and Girls Soccer Games on Saturday vs. Lockwood.
The Boys game will start at 5:00 pm and the Girls game will start at 7:00 pm.
The Senior Night presentations will take place between games on the field (approximately 6:45 pm.)
We've got a few exciting events happening at SGHS next week!
First is the Annual Volleyball Pink Night on October 7th during the volleyball game against Jefferson.
Wear your pink, bring your wallet and help us honor those we have lost and support the ones we love who are battling cancer.
Second is the FFA Pumpkin sale on Saturday, October 9th from 9am-12pm. The sale will be at the Pumpkin Patch in front of the High School. Bring the family down to support our FFA Program and have a great day of Fall Fun!

It's another busy weekend for Herder sports!
Tonight the Football team travels to Red Lodge. The game starts at 7:00 pm and will be streamed on the NFHS network.
Tomorrow is a full day for the Herders/Rangers.
The Volleyball team travels to Huntley for the Southern B Coaches Classic. Their first game will start around 9:00 am.
Three of our Cross Country runners will be in Missoula at the Mountain West Classic.
The Boys and Girls Soccer teams have home games against Billings Central. The Girls will start at 10:00 am and the Boys will start at 12:00 pm.
