SCHOOL CLOSURE UPDATE: School work & classes As of right now we are not offering online classes. If things change you will be notified.

School Closure update:Breakfast & Lunch The school will provide breakfast and lunch to any student that NEEDS this service over the next two weeks. If you have a student that needs these services, please call the high school today, March 16th by 3pm so we have a count of how many meals will need to be made for the next two weeks. You will be able to pick up meals starting tomorrow, March 17th between 11am- 12pm. Breakfast for the next day will be included in the lunch you pick up each day. Example: breakfast for March 18th will be included in the lunch you pick up on March 17th.

SCHOOL CLOSURE UPDATE! Students can come to school tomorrow, March 16th between 10am and 12pm to grab their belongings.

We will soon announce a time when students can come get their belongings/ homework/ chrome books etc... Until then please do not return to school. Thank you!

School is cancelled for kids starting tomorrow, March 15th. Teachers still need to report to school at your normal time for a meeting.

Governor Bullock directed Montana's public K-12 schools to close starting tomorrow, March 16 until March 27. During this time, schools will engage in planning to provide arrangements to provide free meals to students who need them, pursuant to a waiver obtained from the United States Department of Agriculture, and to provide for all other matters and services that students need in the event of future or ongoing closure. Schools will continue to receive all state funding during this two-week closure.

 Dear Parents, Students, and Staff of SGCHS, We have been working closely with Public Health to take the necessary precautions at school, in regard to our state's response to COVID-19. We understand the concerns and questions that you may have. At this time we are asking students and staff to please stay home if they are sick, especially if they have a fever and/or cough, shortness of breath, or other respiratory symptoms. Our goal is to keep the school healthy. I will continue to assess each individual as they report signs and symptoms of illness, and will be erring on the side of caution as when to send students home from school. Our Public Health Nurse, Jennifer Chappell, and I remain in contact as we are working together to provide you with the most recent information as it becomes available from MT DPHHS. It is always our priority to keep the health, safety, and well-being of our students and staff first and foremost. PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRACTICE GOOD HYGIENE WITH A STRONG EMPHASIS ON HAND WASHING! The district music festival has been postponed until further notice.

The MHSA has canceled the remaining games of the state basketball tournament. There will be no games on 3/14. The pep bus will not travel to Butte on Saturday.

The MCTM Math contest has been cancelled.

Academic Olympics has been postponed until further notice!

Pep Bus Schedule! Today, March 13th- The bus will leave for Butte @ 1pm. Tomorrow, March 14th- If the girls win the bus will leave @ 3pm. If the girls lose the bus will leave @ 6am.

ATTENTION!! Due to the impact that the coronavirus has and will continue to make, the State FFA Association has made the decision to postpone the State FFA Convention until further notice.

FFA Bus Schedule! Friday, March 13th- The bus will leave for Dillon @ 5:30am and return approximately @ 5:00pm.

There will be a Pep Assembly TOMORROW, March 11th to help send the girls off to state. It will start at 11:50 am in the gym. Come support our girls!

Pep Bus Schedule! Thursday, March 12th- The bus will leave@ 1:30pm. Time of return is TBD. There are permission slips at the front office that need to be signed and returned by 4:00pm on Wednesday if you are ridding on Thursday.

Girls State Basketball Bus Schedule! Thursday, March 12th- The bus will be leaving @ 9:30 am. They will be staying the night in Butte. Time of return is TBD.
