Exciting News! In addition to school hours, the SGHS weight room will now be open to the public from 6:30-8:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please be sure to stop by the office during school hours to sign our agreement before working out for the first time.

The District Volleyball Tournament starts Thursday! As a reminder, if students travel on the school sponsored Pep Bus it is a school related activity it does not count against their attendance. If they drive themselves or ride with others it will count against their absences, so have them sign up today to ride the Pep Bus! GO HERDERS!

Triangle Communications will be hosting a FREE How to Stream class on Tuesday, November 1st from 6:00-8:00pm in the SGHS Conference Room. Materials and equipment for the class will be provided. Attendees will learn how streaming works, devices you can use to stream online content as well as the different streaming services available. Triangle employees will be available to answer any other streaming related questions attendees may have. Don’t miss out on this FREE opportunity to learn the ins and outs of streaming. Registered participants will be entered into a drawing for a free streaming device. The 2022 District 5B Volleyball Tournament starts this Thursday!!! Come out to Manhattan High School to support our Herders. They take on Manhattan in the first round at 11:15am on Thursday! GO HERDERS!!!

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our Herders for some big wins over the weekend! The Volleyball team started things off with a 3-0 win over Three Forks on Thursday in their last regular season game. Check back shortly for the District Tournament Bracket! Saturday was a BIG day for our Herders: The Cross Country team competed in the State Meet in Missoula. Natalie Wood finished her High School Cross Country career with a 2nd place finish! Kameryn Ketcham also placed in the top 20 finishing in 17th. The Girls team of: Natalie Wood, Kameryn Ketcham, Ella Stosich, Laney Ketcham and Grace Casey placed 11th overall. Congrats Ladies!!! The Boys Soccer team beat Whitefish 1-0 to advance to the STATE CHAMPIONSHIP! They will play Columbia Falls on Saturday at 3:00pm. The game will be in Columbia Falls. Good Luck Boys!!!

Tonight is Senior Honor Night for our student-athletes on the Football team. Our 13 senior players and 1 manager will be honored before tonight's game against Manhattan. Senior night festivities will start around 6:30pm and the game will kick off at 7:00pm. Go Herders!

REMINDER! There is no school tomorrow (10/20) and Friday (10/21). Classes will resume as normal on Monday (10/24). Just because school is out does not mean there isn't any action for the Herders this weekend. The Volleyball team travels to Three Forks tomorrow. C-Squad starts at 4:00pm, JV at 5:30pm and Varsity at 7:00pm. On Friday it is Senior Honor Night for the Football team as they face Manhattan. Seniors will be honored before the game so be sure to get to the field around 6:30 to enjoy the festivities. Saturday is the State meet for our Cross Country runners. They will compete in Missoula. Saturday is also the Class A State Semifinals game for the Boys Soccer team. The game begins at 11:00am in Livingston. Best of luck to all of our student-athletes who will be competing throughout the fall break! GO HERDERS!!!

Congratulations to the Football and Boys Soccer teams for their big wins this weekend! Football topped Townsend 33-27 in the final seconds of the game and Boys Soccer beat Stevensville 2-1 in the State Quarterfinals!!!
