Congratulations to our Herders who had a successful weekend!
Both the Girls ad Boys Basketball teams got wins on Friday night against Joliet.
The girls won 58-36 and the boys won 41-30.
Saturday was a big day for the Herders.
Girls Basketball beat Jefferson 72-55.
Several Speech & Drama team members placed in the top 10 with Roman Wagner placing 5h in the Lincoln-Douglas Debate and Kass Larson and Nikki Teague paced 7th in Classical Theatre.
Wrestling Competed in the Tome Leprowse Invitational in Bozeman on Friday and Saturday. For the Varsity Bracket:
Trae DeSaveur took 4th place at 132lbs.
Gage McGillvray took 5th and Colter Fleming took 8th at 138lbs.
For the JV/Second Chance Bracket:
Zane Cox took 2nd place at 205lbs.
Charlie Seemann took 3rd place at 170lbs.
Taw Seemann took 4th place at 152lbs.
Ryal Carroccia took 6th place at 132lbs.
Oscar Toulouse took 4th place at 126lbs.

SGHS is looking for ticket takers to cover various shifts for the rest of our basketball season.
Ticket takers collect admissions fees at the entrance to our home games and are paid $30 per shift worked throughout the season.

Due to the increasingly cold temperatures and the potential for blowing and drifting snow, Sweet Grass County High School has made the decision to cancel classes for tomorrow, Thursday, December 22, 2022.
All games, practices and meetings are cancelled for Wednesday, December 21 and Thursday, December 22, 2022.
We will return to school as scheduled on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

Congratulations to the Girls Basketball team for wins against Townsend and Three Forks this weekend.
They beat Townsend 82-36 on Friday and Three Forks 55-21 on Saturday.
Also Congratulations to the Wrestling team who placed 13th overall in a very tough tournament in Great Falls.

It was brought to our attention that the link to sign up for the National Honor Society Christmas Camp was not working.

For any parents looking for a break while they prepare for the holidays, National Honor Society will be hosting this year's Christmas Camp this Sunday, December 18th from 12-5pm at the high school!
We will be providing games, a holiday movie, plenty of fun & Christmas cheer for all children who attend the 2022 Christmas Camp!
