TIME CHANGE! Start times for Saturday's volleyball games at Joliet have changed. New start times are: C-Squad-2:00 pm, JV-3:30 pm, Varsity-5:00 pm.
Come try out the new bleachers at this year's first HOME volleyball game against Columbus. C-Squad starts at 4:30, followed by JV at 6 :00 and Varsity at 7:30. Good Luck Herders!
SGHS will be hosting a Substitute Teacher training session on Tuesday, August 30 at 2:30 pm at the high school. Anyone interested in working with our students and staff this year as a substitute teacher is encouraged to attend. Please call SGHS at 406-932-5993 with any questions.

Freshmen and New Student Orientation is today at 3:00 pm in the Gym. Parents and students of all Freshmen and New Students are encouraged to attend.
This Fall we are offering Yoga through our Adult and Community Education program!
Classes will be on Wednesdays: September 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th from 4:00pm to 5:00pm in the SGHS Conference room.
The cost of the class is $10 per participant and class is limited to 15 people.

Today (8/15) and Tomorrow (8/16) from 8:00am-4:00pm the office will be open for student registration.
Please come to the office and meet with our Counselor, Ms. Stewart with any changes that need to be made to your schedule.
You may also come to pay student fees, get your locker assignments, etc.
Get a team together and head out to the golf course on Friday to support SGHS Athletics!

REMINDER:
The all-sports meeting is TONIGHT at 7:00pm in the SGHS Gym.
This meeting is for any student who is interested in participating in any sport or activity this school year. At least one parent must be present at the meeting as well.
All will meet in the Gymnasium and then fall sports meetings will take place after that.
If you are participating in a fall sport and have not yet turned in your physical, this is a reminder that sports physicals MUST be completed and returned to the school before you are able to practice. Physicals may be returned at the sports meeting.

We are rapidly approaching the 2022-2023 school year! We will be holding registration NEXT WEEK on August 15th-16th. During this time the school will be open from 8:00am-4:00pm. This is a great time to stop by the school to pay your $30 Chromebook fee, $40 student activity fee, fill out free/reduced lunch paperwork and get your locker information.

Physicals are needed for any student to be able to participate in any sport this year and must be completed before they can practice.
Please bring $40 cash for your physical.
