GO HERDERS!

Last Monday and Tuesday the students in Mrs. Metcalf's Financial Literacy class participated in Mock Job Interviews.
In this required course, students prepared for this activity by studying soft skills, preparing cover letters, resumes and practicing for an interview. Community members volunteered their time to come in and conduct what felt like real-life interviews and provide feedback for our students to improve.
THANK YOU to the following community members without whom, this valuable learning opportunity for our students would not have been possible:
Monte Koch & Heather Hasbrook- Sky Federal Credit Union
Wes Tuscano & Julie Johnson- Tuscano Machine
Susan Metcalf- County Superintendent
Bryan Baker- Big Timber Evangelical Church
Ian Peterson, Diane King & Megan Arnold- Pioneer Medical Center
Thor Terland & Kasey Stephens- Sweet Grass County High School
Thank you all for lending your time and talents to this important event. If you are a business professional who is interested in participating in this event next fall and spring, please contact Sweet Grass County High School to sign up for the next round of interviews.
We would also like to thank and highlight the Culinary II class for providing a beautiful and delicious breakfast charcuterie board for our interviewers to enjoy!
